Information we collect

Rent Apply LLC collects the contact details, rental needs, and consent choices you submit. Rental needs include your desired move timeframe, maximum monthly rent, bedrooms needed, and any optional self-reported credit range or rental assistance information you choose to provide. If you choose to add one, we also collect a property address, property name, or listing link. We receive payment status and limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to review your application, identify a rental when you provide one, communicate with you, prevent misuse, and maintain necessary business records. You can submit a general rental application without naming a property. After payment, the application details are sent to our internal support inbox. Vercel hosts this website, Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment data, and Resend delivers the internal notification. We do not use a separate applicant database for this form.

Information we do not collect here

This form does not request Social Security numbers, government IDs, bank credentials, credit reports, background reports, or detailed payment information. Payment details are entered only on Stripe’s hosted checkout.

Retention and requests

Application emails, delivery records, and related Stripe records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, email help@rentapply.co. Some records may need to be retained where required or permitted by law.
