Nature of the service

RentApply is an online rental-application review service provided by Rent Apply LLC. You may identify a property or listing connected to your request, or submit a general rental application without one. Our team reviews the information you submit. Property owners and managers remain responsible for availability, qualification criteria, property-specific requirements, and all leasing decisions.

Payment and refunds

Any applicable charge is shown in Stripe Checkout before you pay. Once paid, the service charge is non-refundable except where required by law. You may leave Checkout before payment, but your application will not be complete.

Response timing

After payment is confirmed, we aim to contact you within 24–48 hours. This is a target, not a guaranteed deadline.

No guarantees or screening report

Applying and paying do not guarantee availability, qualification, lease approval, or placement. No credit or background report is obtained through this website, and payment does not mean that screening has been completed.
